Crazy Yellow Kaleidoscope
I was searching online for some free plugins and came across Mehdi Plugins. They have several pretty groovy plugins such as this one, Kaleidoscope 2.1. It allows you to choose the amount of segments, or pieces, you'd like to rotating or copying, and mirroring. Check them out, you'll have fun playing around with them! http://mehdiplugins.com

Not sure about this filter, but I followed the link, and there are some incredibly useful filters which add to the PS functionality for everyday editing. Thanks for the heads up!
